Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 7 days of placing it, provided the product has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel, visit your Orders page or contact support@rinxakart.com.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated after we receive the returned product and verify its condition. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for: Defective or damaged products, wrong product delivered, product significantly different from description. Non-returnable products are not eligible for refund unless defective.
