This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Platform is owned and operated by RinxaPay Services (UDYAM Registration: UDYAM-MP-12-0026223, GSTIN: 23COMPC0653M1ZY), having its registered office at Ward No 7, Purana Bazar, Maharajpur, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, India – 471501.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2. User Eligibility & Registration
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your registered account. The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
3. Platform Services
The Platform provides a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture or directly sell most products listed unless expressly stated.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
All merchants agree to: Provide accurate product information, comply with applicable Indian laws, complete KYC requirements, fulfil orders within promised timelines, and not list counterfeit or illegal goods.
5. Orders and Payments
Prices are displayed in the local currency of each market — Indian Rupees (INR) for India, US Dollars (USD) for the United States, and other currencies as applicable. All applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. Payments are processed through integrated third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
6. Shipping and Delivery
rders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days on all the Domestic orders and 3–7 business days for international orders. Shipping is free on all orders. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics providers or force majeure events.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations accepted within 7 days of placing the order (if not shipped). Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds processed within 7 business days to original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is proprietary to the Platform Owner and protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: Engage in fraud, upload malicious code, list counterfeit goods, scrape data, impersonate others, or interfere with Platform performance.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Platform acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific disputed transaction.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or internet disruptions.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharajpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

15. Third-Party Login & Authentication
The Platform may allow users to register using third-party services such as Google, Zoho, GitHub. The Platform does not control third-party provider policies. Users are advised to review respective privacy policies.
